Minor changes in room temperature, resin age, or vat film tension can quietly introduce geometric shifts. A systematic verification process helps identify these deviations before parts proceed to final assembly.

First, verify the fluid state of the photopolymer. Shake the resin container thoroughly to disperse settled pigments, especially when using filled or high-temperature formulations. Check the vat temperature; maintaining it between 25 °C and 30 °C minimizes viscosity variations.

Next, inspect the build plate attachment and ensure the leveling screws remain securely tightened. A microscopic tilt in the build platform will result in cumulative dimensional errors across subsequent runs. Monitor the release film for signs of cloudiness or physical wear. Replace the film if you notice deep scuffs or loss of tension, as these factors affect light transmission and peeling forces.

Finally, confirm the post-processing settings remain identical. Post-curing duration and washing times must be strictly controlled using dedicated timers. Even small variations in UV exposure during post-curing can cause unequal shrinkage and warpage in the final components.
